2026 Calendar Application

Participants must have Down syndrome and must be an Indiana resident. Parents will be required to sign a photo release with the Lucky Mama Project. Participants will have to travel to the Indianapolis area for their assigned photo shoot. Questions? Please email info@theluckymamaproject.com. Application closes February 6th.
